Denver isn’t exactly known for its cannoli, but I’ve found a spot that does it right.

Order the pastry after a round of Napoletana pizza at Marco’s Coal Fired Pizzeria in the Ballpark neighborhood. The restaurant, included in our Best New Restaurants feature (on newsstands now), keeps the dessert simple with a crispy shell, lightly sweetened ricotta cheese, and a judicious allotment of mini chocolate chips.
