With the news that chef Sean Kelly is getting back into the restaurant game, I had a sudden hankering for the almonds he used to serve at the late Aubergine Cafe, Clair de Lune, and Somethin' Else. Though I've tried to replicate the roasted nuts--tossed with olive oil, red pepper flakes, rosemary, and salt--I have yet to perfect the mix. Lucky for me, Spinelli's Market in Park Hill sells the snack--called almonds á la Aubergine--at the deli counter. 4621 E. 23rd Ave., 303-329-8143
