Thus far, my favorite part of Denver Restaurant Week (during which a multicourse meal for two costs $52.80) has been Solera's divine white truffle mac-and-cheese. The decadent dish comes with pan-roasted scallops, asparagus, and toasted almonds, but the creamy pasta never overpowers the delicate seafood.
