New: Organixx

These days, it's not only responsible to be green, it's a smart business move--especially for restaurants. Diners inherently assume that eco-friendly restaurants are healthier given the attention paid to local and organic ingredients. Case in point is Organixx, a two-week-old eatery downtown that's focused on creating fresh cuisine and a polished enterprise that's sustainable, reusable, recyclable, fair trade, natural, energy efficient, organic, local, and low-impact. The eats are pretty good too, especially the clean-tasting quinoa salad niçoise and the hearty Peruvian roast beef sandwich. 1520 Blake St., 303-825-1550
