Rockies' Ubaldo Jimenez Gets Cold After World Baseball Classic

ubaldo_180It's unclear what happened to Colorado Rockies pitcher Ubaldo Jimenez, who was a sensational player for the Dominican Republic during the World Baseball Classic. In spring training yesterday he was "roughed up" by the Kansas City Royals in a 9-9 tie in 10 innings, according to The Associated Press. It was Jimenez's first appearance since starting for the Dominican Republic WBC last week, where he set a tournament record with 10 strikeouts in four innings during a loss to the Netherlands.
