David Copperfield Grants Wishes at Buell

Dream big. So moms tell their kids, businessmen tell their investors, and illusionist David Copperfield tells his audiences. In his latest tour of An Intimate Evening of Grand Illusion, Copperfield promises to grant the wishes of his watchers. Want to win the lotto? Copperfield has a trick to pick the magic numbers. Itching for the Bahamas? The performer may have a ticket to his own Musha Cay up his sleeve. Starting this evening, Denver audiences should expect new illusions, plenty of Copperfield's self-deprecating humor, and lots of interactive entertainment. May 8–10. Fri 8:30 p.m.; Sat 2 p.m., 5 p.m., 8 p.m.; Sun 1 p.m., 4 p.m. Buell Theatre, 14th and Curtis streets, 303-893-4100 $20-$85
