The Lakers' Andrew Bynum had his flagrant foul for blasting Chris Andersen's face reduced to a personal foul, and Lakers coach Phil Jackson was fined $25,000 for criticizing the referees. Jones already has three flagrant fouls in the playoffs and one more will earn him a one-game suspension, reports The Associated Press. That would put more pressure on Carmelo Anthony and J.R. Smith to guard Bryant, which could come back to haunt the Nuggets. The talk of fouls has the conspiracy theorists out en masse, alleging that the league and the television networks want to cash in on a Bryant-LeBron James National Basketball Association Finals, a theory that one ESPN.com columnist says isn't all that crazy.
