Cilantro Mojo Is Market Fresh

Most market-goers are familiar with Loredana's fresh pestos and spreads, but shoppers at the Cherry Creek and City Park Esplanade Fresh Markets are just getting acquainted with Mojos Lily's intensely flavored, finely blended Latin-style salsas. Of the handful of varieties available, the cilantro mojo is the most unusual (not to mention the most polarizing, since a hefty portion of the population despises cilantro). The salsa's herbal undertones and bright, vinegary zing are delicious on just about everything: chips, sandwiches, roasted veggies, pasta, thin-crust pizza, or steamed artichokes.
