A new industry is taking root in Colorado, giving homeowners another thing to possibly boast about at their next cocktail party: environmental friendliness. The trend, reports The New York Times, isn't so much based in being politically correct as it is in money--saving it, that is. But determining which changes to make--from installing low-flow toilets to going wild with a new lighting system--can be a challenge. GenGreen launched in Fort Collins back in 2007, as Panorama contributor Joshua Zaffos reported for the Rocky Mountain Chronicle at the time.
