Top of the Town Sneak Peek: Top Manicure and Pedicure
Editor's Choice: The Sweet Life Nail Bar and Lounge, 2373 Central Park Blvd., Suite
105, 720-496-4565, sweetlifenailbar.co
If there weren't 200 bottles of nail polish in the entryway, you might confuse the Sweet Life for a chic LoDo bar. Dressed in grays, whites, and blues, this Stapleton-based nail shop is upbeat, elegant, and inviting.
Plus, with a drink menu that rivals your favorite Friday-night haunt, the Sweet Life caters to women looking for a little relaxation in a glass (we enjoyed a glass of Ménage à Trois, $8) along with the kind they're getting for their hands and feet (we recommend the Essential Plus mani and pedi, $65 booked together).
Pick up the July issue of 5280 for the entire list of this year's winners.

My husband purchased a gift certificate from Fingers and Toes for my birthday. I chose to get a spa mani pedi and was THRILLED with the service. This place is amazing! My technician was Erin and she not only gave me the best pedi of my life but she was also effecient and friendly. If this salon does not win Top of the Town, I will be surprised.

Fingers and Toes for Top of the Town for sure. The are beyond fantastic. The staff is amazing and their services are priced right. I am also a minority and I get treated like a friend everytime I go.

With almost every bad review I have read upon this place, I do not recommend it for anyone. If you are going to pay alot more than the traditional salon, I'd say, go invest your money wisely some place else that will not treat you like an underclass. I am a minority, and I felt treated like an underdog when I walked in. I was in first and she didn't greet me instead she greeted the person behind me first, ackknowledging her and giving her a service first? C'MON?! I was hysterical, I just left!!!!!

This place, I DO NOT recommend. Don't let the interior design fool you to think that it is a good place. Their services are rushed. They even cut my ingrown toenail and it bled so much i had to leave. On top of that, before my pedicure, I had a manicure.. as it was drying my nail polish became very bubbly, it looked like a toad!!!

Also Fingers and Toes loves well behaved dogs to hang out at your feet and get their bellies rubbed the staff and customers! So all dog lovers receive a warm welcome. Bring yours along! Is this cool or what?

I vote for Fingers and Toes as the TOP salon on University in Bonnie Brae. What an incredible nice team of girls that chat and are warm and the look is very elegant but comfortable. I have finally found a home here inDenver for mani and pedi at anytime. THis is my second home every two weeks. Hanna is FAB! Kaulene 720.276.7464

I agree this place is very trendy. Great location too. I'm not impressed with their hours of operation though.

2 young ladies are guiding this very hip establishment to offer pleasure and grooming that trancends the traditional mani/ pedi experience. Taasteful and appealing Beverage selection enhances the experience. I am from Boulder and visit once a week. When do you foresee a Boulder location... open till 12:00am?
