Business Lunch at Mosaic

The next time you need to schedule a business lunch on the south edge of town, do so at Mosaic. Located across from Meridian Golf Club, Mosaic offers an eclectic menu of lunch dishes that can impress high-dollar clients (Eastern lobster roll, $15) as well as associates on a budget (pork sliders, $8), adventurous eaters (lamb cobb salad, $14), and those who are more timid (Kobe beef burgers, $10). With its saffron walls, dark wood tables, and red upholstery, Mosaic is also modern without being pretentious. It's the kind of place where the conversation at your table won't be overshadowed by the vibe that surrounds you. Tip: On an especially cold day, start with a bowl of the elegant potato-and-butternut squash bisque. (The soups are seasonal.) And although they're tempting, skip the side of sweet potato fries, which are too sticky-sweet. 11957 Lioness Way, Parker, 720-305-0994
