Best Bites: Organixx Peruvian Roast Beef Sandwich

My lunchtime fallback is Organixx, a whole-ingredient, organic-oriented restaurant in LoDo. Don't assume that translates to all tofu and flax seed and no flavor. Indeed, my latest go-to is the Peruvian roast beef sandwich, made with Asado-style roast beef, slices of creamy avocado, smoky roasted peppers, punchy garlic aïoli, and a crunchy French baguette. Hearty and satisfying, the flavors are also crisp and unmuddled---and perfect for a midday pick-me-up. Bonus: Through the end of the month, grab a sandwich, salad, or combination lunch for $7.95 (regularly $9). 1520 Blake St., 303-825-1550
