Even if you haven't eaten at H BurgerCO, the month-old burger shop on 16th Street Mall, you've likely heard of it---or at least the milk shakes. The hype is warranted. With shake flavors as tempting as Nutella-marshmallow or chocolate-peanut-butter fudge, it would be easy to overlook the simple-sounding strawberry-mint. And that would be a shame, because this treat---fresh strawberries blended with zesty mint leaves---tastes of spring. The mint is subtle but detectable enough to elevate the flavor from ho-hum to yum.
