Nobody wants to admit it, but the search for Kayleah Wilson, the 12-year-old Greeley girl who went missing in late March, appears to be going cold. The FBI is cutting back the number of agents working the case locally, according to the Greeley Tribune, an apparent indication that it will take considerable time to find the girl, who either ran away or was nabbed (it's still unclear what happened). The case has garnered national attention and some 300 tips, points out the Tribune. The first press conference in days will take place at Greeley police headquarters this afternoon. The search is now being coordinated by the Kayleah Wilson Recovery Center, which is organizing volunteers to continue efforts, notes Westword.
