Local governments across Colorado continue to grapple with how to regulate the industry, including in Colorado Springs, where officials worry their city has become the "Wild West," writes The Gazette. Up north, Weld County commissioners have banned all new medical marijuana operations in unincorporated parts of the county, citing federal law but saying if the state legislature clarifies further regulations, the commission may revise the ban, writes The Greeley Tribune.
