Drinking beer is no longer the exclusive domain of men, and the popular, twice-monthly meeting Ales 4 Females proves that ladies love to talk---and drink---brews just as much. Ales 4 Females was started and hosted by Left Hand Brewing two-and-a-half years ago, but this isn't just a drinking club. You'll try different styles of beer, learn about food pairings, and hear female experts speak about the industry. Meetings take place on varying Mondays, so check the schedule before putting them into your planner each month. August's meetings will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on August 2 and 16 in Left Hand Brewing's tasting room.
