Bless the Space Foundation in Colorado Springs for helping people traverse Colorado one delicious beer at a time. The foundation, otherwise known for its mission of advancing "space-related endeavors to inspire, enable, and propel humanity," has released its fourth edition of the Beer Drinker's Guide to Colorado. The guide, The Denver Post notes, maps out 126 brewers, from mega to minuscule, covering everything from beer to brewery history---and even glassware. The endeavor, of course, wouldn't be worthy of the foundation without some high-tech twist. As such, the guide offers enhanced GPS relief maps as drinkers seek out free beer and information on their surroundings, such as elevation and where the heck the closest 14er is. This is done with the help of the new space-shuttle radar. As The Atlantic boldly proclaims, the beer guide is yet another reason for taxpayers to fund NASA.
