Must Do: Grant Family Farms' Farm Dinner

One of my favorite things to do each summer is attend farm dinners. These hands-on experiences get to the root of meals with farm tours and multicourse dinners set among the fields.

The Grant Family Farms dinners are no exception, and the next one takes place on September 25. The seasonal menu promises to satisfy with dishes such as just-harvested greens with Colorado peach vinaigrette, cherry tomatoes, and lemon cucumbers; and slow-roasted pork with sweet porcini and shallot rub and fingerling potatoes.

The price ($120 per person) may seem steep, but not when you weigh the one-of-a kind experience against the unparalleled freshness of ingredients. Plus, the price tag includes cocktails, appetizers, the tour, a four-course meal, wine, and live music. Secure your place at the table today.
