Road-Trip Restaurant: Truffle Pig

I adore Steamboat Springs' cowboy-town dining vibe, but sometimes I crave something a little swankier. Enter Truffle Pig Restaurant, a luxe eatery in One Steamboat Place, a new ski-in, ski-out residential property.

For dinner, begin with the grilled shrimp appetizer (served with a hearty white-bean stew), but save room for the pork chop with creamy grits and red-onion marmalade. The portions are hefty, but who cares; you already burned those calories on the slopes.
