Good Stuff: Loredana's Limoncello Marmalade

While I've been a fan of Loredana's handcrafted pestos and tapenades for going on 10 years, I only recently discovered her limoncello marmalade. The zingy citrus spread, which is stirred with slivered almonds and rosemary, brings levity to a cheese plate—I like it paired with Fruition Farms' mild cacio pecora sheep's milk cheese—and peps up the humble ham sandwich.

The back of the jar also recommends it as a glaze on fish. Dinner tonight might just be marmalade-glazed scallops.

Look for Loredana's stall at the weekly Colorado Fresh Markets or stocked on the shelves at Whole Foods. You can also order the products online.
