Piggybacking on the pop-up restaurant trend, the fourth-annual Harvest Week celebration (October 9–13) is changing its format. What used to be EatDenver's annual week-long homage to Colorado's bounty via locally focused menus, has morphed into five days worth of urban farm meals.

The meals will pop up at the GrowHaus, a nonprofit, urban farm located near the Elyria-Swansea neighborhood. For each of the four dinners and one brunch, a collection of restaurants (from Jonesy's and Row 14 to Duo and Linger) and will come together to cook around a Colorado-based theme, be it pork, lamb, beef, or bison.

EatDenver is selling 50 tickets per event for $50 a person—a screaming deal considering most farm dinners start at $80 and go up from there. The six-course meals include local beer, wine, and spirits.

Even Cooler: In an effort to be as green as possible, diners must bring their own plates, utensils, and glasses.
