The Yellow Deli: 24-Hour Eats on Pearl Street

Open 24 hours, five days a week, the Yellow Deli on Boulder's Pearl Street peddles natural comfort food served in a down-home country setting. As one of eight locations across the country, the spot adheres to founders Gene and Marsha Spriggs' philosophy to extend the "peace, love, and happiness movement" by offering a welcoming place to break bread with others.

Despite being a deli, I suggest skipping the messy and over-sauced sandwiches and stopping in at breakfast for the warm, gooey cinnamon rolls. Pair one with a smooth latte or frosty banana milk, and take home a loaf of the yeasty, homemade whole-wheat bread seasoned with sea salt.
