Snooze: Already a Hit in Boulder

Snooze is waking up the breakfast crowd on Boulder's Pearl Street Mall, and the A.M. Eatery couldn’t be a better fit. Owner Jon Schlegel nailed it when he chose to plate up Snooze’s wildly successful mix of retro decor and a sinful breakfast menu and serve it to a community that's always hungry for good eats.

Opened on September 29th, Schlegel’s fifth addition to his burgeoning breakfast empire offers a can't-beat-it location that's certain to draw the student crowd, not to mention the tourists strolling East Pearl.

For locals like me, a few early service snafus won’t keep me from lining up for the all-star menu filled with items such as Peaches 'n Cream French toast with Palisade fruit, mascarpone, streusel, and vanilla cream. The fleet of Benedicts temps, too—especially since they can be ordered mix-and-match. Try the 50/50 with one Caprese (tomato, mozzarella, basil pesto) and a Bella Bella (prosciutto, Taleggio cheese, arugula).

Sip on this: Home Sweet Home Bloody Mary made with house-made, pepper-infused vodka.
