Max Celebrates Yves Saint Laurent

With the upcoming opening of Yves Saint Laurent: The Retrospective at the Denver Art Museum (mark Sunday, March 25 on your calendars), it seems this city just can’t get enough YSL. For those looking to grab a modern piece of the house’s history (current designer Stefano Pilati ended his tenure at YSL with the Fall 2012 collection), visit Max in Cherry Creek North this Thursday and Friday for a full-scale Resort and Spring 2012 trunk show. From gowns and cocktail dresses to ready-to-wear pieces, shoes, and accessories, Max—the brand’s official distributor in town and a sponsor of the retrospective—will have it all...but for only two days!

The Details: Yves Saint Laurent trunk show, Thursday, March 8 and Friday, March 9, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., Max, 264 Detroit St., 303-321-4949

Bonus: Learn more about Yves Saint Laurent: The Retrospective by reading our Q&As with museum director Christoph Heinrich and YSL's former business and life partner, Pierre Bergé.
