Trend: Floral Prints

Bold botanicals are one of the biggest fashion trends this season. From tropical flowers in citrus hues and brilliant pinks, reds, and greens (check out the Proenza Schouler and Altuzarra runways) to the digitally manipulated versions at Prabal Gurung and the photographic Dries Van Noten dress on this month’s fashion page, floral patterns popped up on the catwalks of every fashion capital.

But, if all this print action puts your style sense on overload, incorporate it into your wardrobe the fun way: with denim. Although these prints have a slightly different twist on the trend—some patterns look almost like vintage-inspired wallpaper—just pair with your favorite T-shirt, sweatshirt, or even a silk blouse for an updated look. Here, the best bouquets of the season:

Citizens of Humanity Mandy retro slim in petite natural (pictured above) or navy rose, $189, Rebel, 5910 S. University Blvd., Greenwood Village, 720-283-1004, shoprebel.com
