The Craving: Cafe Bar's London Dip

I've got a thing for French dip sandwiches. My staple is the prime rib-on-ciabatta getup at Racine's—nothing fancy, totally filling, and spot-on every single time. But for a twist on the classic, I'm a fan of Cafe Bar's London dip. Chef Eric Rivera layers slow-roasted Berkshire pork with poppy seed coleslaw and caramelized onions on a buttery brioche bun. Dunk each bite into the sultry rosemary jus for a combo that's rich, meaty, and perfect.

On a lighter note: Try the fresh take sandwich with tomatoes, avocado, grilled squash, goat cheese, and pistachio-basil pesto on ciabatta.
