On Writing a Cookbook: Michele Morris of "Tasting Colorado"

Ever wonder what it takes to write a cookbook or launch a food blog? Michele Morris has done both—and she’s talking about her success and pitfalls on March 7 at 5:30 p.m. in her home kitchen.

The evening, which is presented by the Colorado Authors' League, includes a sampling of three dishes from Morris’ newly released book Tasting Colorado, a cooking demo, and a chance to learn about Morris' experiences writing the book and testing all the recipes.

Guests ($40 per person or $70 per couple) will receive a copy of the cookbook. Participants do not need to be CAL members to attend.

Call 303-596-8983 for reservations.
