Panzano's lead bartender Jodi Dolph created two cocktails with which to cheer on the Broncos. Sip these drinks at the downtown restaurant or make them at home.
Hurry! Hurry! Sazerac (pictured)
This cocktail celebrates PFM's Tennessee and Louisiana roots.

1 sugar cube or 3/4 ounce simple syrup

Absinthe or another anise-flavored spirit
Add ice to an old fashioned glass. Let chill while making drink. In a mixing glass or shaker, muddle the sugar or simple syrup with the bitters. Add ice and rye whiskey and stir. Zest the lemon twist into glass and leave on the side of the glass as a garnish.
