The mountains come to Denver this weekend with a new snowboarding competition in the Art Institute's backyard. Watch 60 pro and amateur riders get tricky, while you jam out to DJ-spun beats and snack on treats. Don't pass up a visit to the John Jellico Gallery, where more than 30 one-of-a-kind snowboards--designed by Art Institute students (current and prospective) and alumni--are on display and available for purchase. Sat 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
