Local Foods Festival

The local-food movement is gaining momentum not only because it's good for the Earth, but also because it strengthens our sense of community. Join in, support local growers and food vendors, and learn about local food sources at this two-day, family-friendly celebration. Peruse the farmers' market for fresh fruits and veggies, sample local foods, and watch cooking demos. Other highlights include a chili cook-off, the Rhinestone Rodeo VIP event, and the grand opening of the annual Chatfield corn maze. Sat-Sun 11 a.m- 4p.m.
