A Taste of Tuscany

Executive chef Greg Keesey is cooking a four-course dinner paired with artisanal wines that represent the finest ristorantes, trattorias, and enotecas of Italy. The menu includes Tuscan white-bean stew, butternut squash risotto, roasted prime rib, and a pecan tartlet. Wed 5-9 p.m.
