Celebrate snow season with this four-day festival of alpine activities. Aspen's annual "toast to winter" features an array of downhill events, ice skating, live performances, and fireworks, as well as intense competitions like the "Wintersculpt" snow-sculpting contest and the "Soupskol" soup cook-off. Thu noon-7 p.m.; Fri 9 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sat 9 a.m.-10 p.m.; Sun 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m.
