High Altitude Baking
Make sure your baked goods raise to new heights--and stay there-- with this class, which teaches home cooks how to dodge the dreaded dough collapse due to high altitude. Learn tops and tricks of adjusting recipes so that your breads, cookies, and cakes come out exactly as planned. Students will even walk away with a few ideas for chocolate-chip cookies, rosemary focaccia, blueberry muffins, cheese souffle, homemade pizza, popovers, pie crust, and chocolate cake. Sun 2-5 p.m.
