Introductory Tai Chi Workshop
Discover how to train the body and mind through traditional Chinese martial arts, or Tai Chi. Don’t let the slow, rhythmic movements of this practice trick you into thinking it's weaker than its faster counterparts. Students will learn why Tai Chi means “supreme ultimate fist” through response drills, self-defense techniques, weaponry, and solo hand routines. Sat 9 a.m.-noon.
