Smart-Girl is a local nonprofit that works to empower young girls to make smart decisions and grow into confident, capable women. At the group's annual luncheon, Craig Knippenberg—an expert in adolescent development—will speak on the topic of the teenage brain and what you can do to help everyone get through those tumultuous adolescent years—something all parents can relate to.
