Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest

Since A Tribe Called Quest brought hip-hop to the forefront in the late '80s—their unique combination of jazz-infused beats with Afro-centric rhythms offered a less aggressive style—the group has been regarded as legends of the industry. Ten years after a surprising breakup, the tribe reunited for a tour—and director Michael Rapaport was on hand to capture it all. Delve into ATCQ's tumultuous story through concert footage, battles between founders Q-Tip and Phife Dawg, and observations from fellow hip-hoppers, including the Beastie Boys and the Roots. Days, times vary.
