Try a number of Infinite Monkey Theorem wines during a five-course, paired dinner. You'll enjoy grape-and-Marcona-almond gazpacho (paired with 2010 Sauvignon Blanc) and Thai-curry-braised short ribs with pickled green papaya and peanuts (with 2009 Petite Sirah).
