The Spirit of Illumination

Natalie Martin's glass art typically involves fusing pieces of colored glass together to produce vivid wall hangings and jewelry. But she's taking a different approach with this exhibit: kiln forming. Several cuts of glass are molded into one flowing piece, which marbles the colored glass to a swirling effect. Martin finishes each piece with backlit, colored LED lighting, creating the illusion that the glass is in constant movement. Thu-Sat 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
