Otis Taylor's Trance Blues Jam Festival

This inaugural and innovative festival is more about bringing people together to participate in music then to be spectators of a show. As the festival begins, students from earlier workshops, local artists, and new participants will get the chance to participate as a core of musicians hold the scene together. After a friendly and organically developed jam, two-time Blues Music Foundation Best Guitarist of the Year, Steady Rollin’ Bob Margolin, banjo virtuoso Tony Trischka, New Orleans treasure jazz artist Don Vappie, jazz trumpeter Ron Miles, and more will all join Otis Taylor for an evening closing show. Sat 6-11 p.m.
