Much like a cloud can conjure the image of an animal, Connor Hollis and Amorette Lana illustrate the limitless possibilities of perception. Hollis and Lana originally completed sections of work independently using a variety of materials—iron, graphite, and paint—and subject matters. Now, they unite to produce a single artistic project. Their abstract and colorful series of paintings and sculptures focus on urban society and its implications for people and nature. Tue-Sat noon-4 p.m.

Watch as abstract artist Michael Gadlin develops a contemporary painting from the canvas up. Gadlin will work before a live crowd and entertain audience member questions between brush strokes. He refers to his works as "soft Picassos," typically infusing romanticism in his own European meets Mediterranean style. Gadlin was the youngest artist to ever be awarded "Best of Show" at Denver's nationally-renowned Cherry Creek Arts Festival. Thu 6:30 p.m.-9 p.m.

The Winter Wildlands Alliance Backcountry Film Festival has showcases the beauty and fun of the winter backcountry experience. Documentary submissions come from professional filmmakers and amateur backcountry explorers and athletes who bring a camera to document their excursions. The best 90 minutes of submissions are compiled and screened for your viewing pleasure. Proceeds from the festival benefit CMC's Backcountry Snowsports Initiative (BSI), the leading advocate group for human-powered winter recreation on public land in Colorado. Thu 7 p.m.
