La Noche Buena

Celebrate "the good night" (Christmas Eve) with Spanish flair. This traditional five-course dinner features the best of Spanish cuisine including cured meats, sopa de mariscos (a seafood soup in tomato broth), date-stuffed pork, and natillas (a Basque cream custard) for dessert. Let the beaches of Mexico be your muse this Christmas Eve, leading you to a Latin oasis in Highland. Celebrate with family-style paella (a saffron rice dish cooked with mixed meats and seafood), Caesar salad, and half-price bottles of wine. Round the evening out with cookies and milk in homage to the big man himself. Mon, times vary.
