For a decade, the Nathan Yip Foundation has made it its mission to provide educational access and support to underprivileged children around the world. Help celebrate the organization's achievements--and the Year of the Dragon (believed to signify a year of good luck)--with a silent and live auction, Asian cuisine, and two complimentary bottles of wine per table. Entertainment includes a sneak peek of SENSES, a Las Vegas production featuring Chinese performers that debuts in February. Sat 5 p.m.
