Between Mizuna’s focus on using the best farmers for artisan-quality meals, and the Burgundy region’s emphasis on terroir, there’s no better way to celebrate spring than this wine dinner. Master sommelier Brett Zimmerman brings five Burgundy wines to pair with Frank Bonanno’s seasonal fares. The whole restaurant is open to diners, but the event will likely sell out. Wed 6:30 p.m.
