The musical tale of a young woman hoping to make it big in the Big Apple in the roaring 20's. As she ascends the social ladder, Millie meets flashy flappers, dapper businessmen and a hotel owner with nefarious plans. The Christian Youth Theater troupe presents this toned down version of the 1967 original, offering a lesson for children on the necessity of determination in the face of adversity.
