Join celebrity chef Suvir Saran and his panel of culinary experts for a two-day journey inside the heart and soul of Indian cuisine. Saran will divulge both cultural and historical aspects of Indian dishes with help from food writer and historian, as well as cookbook author, Ammini Ramachandran. The seminar suits meat lovers and vegetarians alike, as Saran demonstrates eight vegetarian fishes on Saturday and finishes with eight meat and seafood dishes on Sunday.
