Chef Kelly Liken Vail Sunday Suppers
Vail boasts the largest farmer's market in the state and now features one of Colorado's most prominent restaurant owners in Kelly Liken, to host their weekly Sunday Suppers. Shadow Liken every Sunday afternoon as she chooses from an array of locally-grown produce to suit her seasonal dishes, then taste the finished product. The first menu includes caramelized cauliflower agnolotti and roasted duck breast with sweet corn-potato gnocchi, but the menu will change and evolve each week to match the freshest harvests.
