Cochon at the Kitchen
Sit down for an intimate family supper with James Beard award-winning chef Steven Stryjewski. He's serving Denver a taste of Cajun cooking that's given his New Orleans-based Cochon national attention. Hear Stryjewski's philosophies on sustainability, as well as his cajun mastery that has turned him into one of the country's most celebrated chefs. Stryjewski will arrive in Denver a few days prior to meet with local farmers and devise a custom menu. The dinner benefits the Chef Collaborative, a nationwide network of chefs, relying on education, communication, and consumer choices to shape the culinary landscape into a sustainable future.Tue 7 p.m.Date: Jun 25, 2012 7:00 am
