Get your hands dirty at this two-day participatory workshop that will focus on both wheel-thrown and hand- built forming techniques of ceramic making. The course will begin with crafting bowl forms and then evolve to include more non-traditional structural pieces. Creativity, history and improvisation are key elements of the instruction as participants will observe demonstrations and then incorporate their own personal style to create unique pieces. Bonus: wash up for lunch catered by Fuel Cafe both days. Sat-Sun 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
