The Old South Pearl Street area is opening its sidewalks to the Blues and Brews Festival. A mainstage will be occupied by eight bands throughout the day, and surrounded by breweries and foodies. Performances include Harper & Midwest Kind, Rosie Ledet Zydeco Band and headliners the Tommy Castro Band. Meander around the historic neighborhood, a booming area of commerce during the turn of the twentieth century. Sat 1 p.m.
