When star baseball player Troy Maxson's career is sidelined by racism, he is forced to let go of his dream; instead, he takes a menial job as a sanitation worker. Obsessed with death, Maxson builds a fence to protect his family and his property—and keep the Grim Reaper at bay. Set in pre-civil rights Pittsburgh, Fences won a Pulitzer Prize for Drama and a Tony Award for Best Play. Tue-Thu 6:30 p.m.; Fri 7:30 p.m.; Sat 1:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m.; Sun 1:30 p.m.
